About the role

This role will be a customer-facing role based in Housing Offices as allocated within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Responsible for liaising with and proactively assisting residents on any queries they may have with repairs or planned preventative works carried out by the Client Repairs Team.
Monitoring trends on queries and feeding back to management on common themes of queries so that improvements can be considered, where needed.
Engaging in proactive communication with residents about any positive work the Council is doing to improve the services they provide or any specific project initiatives coming up.
Engage with residents in after care feedback after projects have been completed.
