Job Title: Customer Relations Manager/Day Duty Manager
Location: Beaufort Park, Colindale, London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off; 7am - 7pm
About the Role:
We are in search of an Customer Relations Manager with a proven track record in people management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our residential environment and requires a leader who can manage operations with attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of a residential development, ensuring top-notch service and maintenance standards. This includes managing the concierge and CSS team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service, and promoting activities that enhance residents’ lifestyles. The role demands attention to detail, effective people management, and the ability to handle tasks from start to finish, ensuring all functions operate smoothly and any issues are promptly addressed. The manager will also lead by example, providing training, resolving disputes, and maintaining a friendly and trustworthy environment, all while upholding Health & Safety policies.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent people management and team working skills, with good delegation abilities.
Ability to deliver clear and concise information both verbally and written.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to work under pressure.
At least two years in a Customer Services position, preferably in a Residential or Accommodation environment.
Management experience for at least a year, leading a team of at least five staff.
Experience in dealing with irate or difficult people and implementing Health & Safety policies on a day-to-day basis.
