About the Role
Join Synnovis, the UK’s leading and fastest growing pathology company, as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will enhance patient pathways and improve customer experiences by supporting the daily operations of our Customer Services and Logistics Department. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality customer service, investigating service issues, and coordinating logistics support to ensure efficient service delivery. You will be part of a diverse team of 24 professionals, dedicated to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. Experience
Essential criteria include experience using Microsoft packages, customer service experience, and training team members to a high standard. Desirable criteria include supervisory experience and previous work in a pathology laboratory or hospital environment.

You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work to deadlines while prioritizing your workload, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change are essential.
Qualifications
Educated to a good GCSE level or equivalent.
