Your typical day could start with responding to enquiries and reporting any facilities issues. Then you might be assisting with mutual exchange queries before booking meeting rooms for colleagues before you check Contractor risk assessments are logged. As a Customer Services Advisor you’ll be the ‘face of Peabody’ and no one day is the same. You’ll be providing a front of house service to all residents and visitors of Peabody, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service is delivered. To be successful in this role, you will be on site daily. You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first-rate at building strong relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. Your role covers all aspects of customer service – logging repairs, assisting vulnerable residents, providing administrative support to other areas of the business and signposting to other teams or agencies where required.
