We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BI Data Analyst to join our Capita Gas Safe team, within this role you will work closely with our client and the senior leadership team providing insight and advice that will allow them to perform at the best possible level. Delivering business critical information from across multiple internal and client owned systems this role is pivotal to ensuring that we are able to deliver a first-class service and our client able to make important business decisions with as much detailed information as possible. In return you will work in a fully home-based role with support from across the business, you will have opportunities to network with senior stakeholders both internally and externally and play a hands on role in the future of this partnership. What you'll be doing: • Collating, interrogating and analysing data, using a variety of technologies and techniques • Designing, developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI, in line with stakeholder requirements • Ensuring accuracy of data and presented reports • Troubleshooting and investigating reporting anomalies • Stakeholder engagement • Responding to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner, using multiple data sources What we're looking for: • Experience in designing, developing and delivering reporting solutions and data analysis • Experience creating data visualisations and interactive dashboards and reports • Skilled in Power BI including M, DAX, and dataflows. • Good SQL and Excel skills • Ideally Power Automate / Power Apps experience • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent organisational and time-management skills About Capita's Gas Safe Register This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that monitors and improves gas safety nationwide: Capita Business Services Ltd is the provider of the registration service for gas installation businesses in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
