Job title: Data and Innovation Manager Location: London Salary: £37,000-£42,000 Hours: Full time (37.5 per week) Contract: Permanent Purpose of the role: The Data and Innovation Manager will be a vital part of Breaking Barriers’ Data and Innovation Team, which has overall responsibility for Breaking Barriers’ data infrastructure and data analysis (relating to clients, programmes, fundraising, corporate partners and comms). The Data and Innovation Manager will oversee the gathering, processing, analysis and presentation of Breaking Barriers’ data, in order to ensure we are as evidencebased and effective an organisation as possible. They will take ownership of various projects to improve the organisation’s CRM (Salesforce), while also analysing data for strategic decision-making and external reporting. In addition, they will support the Senior Impact and Innovation Manager with the management of the Data and Innovation Team’s working relationships with other teams and with coordinating the Data and Innovation team’s work. There is also the possibility of the role taking on line management responsibility in the future. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a CRM administrator role, a high level of data literacy and skill in various analytics methods, while also being a skilled project manager and communicator. There is considerable scope for personal development in this role, with opportunities to shape the organisation’s future systems with a key emphasis on self-driven learning and development.
