What you'll be doing: • Represent Capita Adult Education as the professional education provider of choice • Build professional relations with employers so they will positively promote the services of Capita Adult Education Motivate, inspire, and drive learners to achieve their qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning • Deliver and facilitate teaching, learning and assessment that encourages accelerated learning and results in new knowledge, skills and behaviours being applied into the workplace • Responsibility for adapting practice to support the needs of learner with SEND needs and making referrals to the SEND team • Responsible for the development of maths, English and Digital Skills throughout the Learner Journey • Accountable for the development and achievement of Functional Skills in maths and English • Performance against key measures delivered consistently • Support the learning process through use of learning resources, and facilitating workplace on-the-job training as required What we're looking for: • Significant industry experience at the same level of qualification you will be delivering • Experience in delivering effective teaching, learning and assessment • Experience in a similar role within education • Good understanding of the ESFA Funding Rules • Good understanding of the Ofsted agenda • Passion of all thing's further education and seeing individuals achieve their potential - A proven track record of identifying and developing positive employer relationships • Exceptional administrative skills and a keen eye for detail About Capita Learning Capita Learning is a leader in Learning and Development Transformation.
