Location
Bromley, at St Cecilia’s nursing home, a service supporting 30 disabled adults with physical and mild learning disabilities in a leafy suburban setting.
Hours
Full Time, flexible rostered hours. Night enhancement of £1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am Monday to Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). Weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour applies from 7am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Proposed changes to enhancement rates may apply from December 2025.

About the Role
As Deputy Manager (RN) you will support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home and deputise in their absence. You will provide effective leadership and supervision to a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing, clinical, and personal care. Your role will focus on promoting independence and choice for residents, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, statutory obligations, and delivering excellent service outcomes. Experience
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience managing nursing and care teams
- Experience providing direct personal and social care
- Experience working with individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
