About the Role
Join us at the start of something special. We're working in partnership with London Borough of Bromley to open a brand-new children's home and are looking for a compassionate and skilled Deputy Manager to help bring it to life. This is a rare opportunity to shape a nurturing, trauma-informed environment from the very beginning. Our home is grounded in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy). These approaches shape our culture, relationships, and daily practice, and we're seeking a Deputy who shares our commitment to relational, child-centred care.
If you're a thoughtful leader who thrives in a team, supports others to grow, and puts children's voices at the heart of everything, we'd love to hear from you.
