About the Role
Are you passionate about digital learning and student success? The University of Roehampton is seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Development Librarian to join our Library & eLearning Services team. This exciting new role focuses on leading the creation and implementation of innovative digital interventions that support our diverse student communities. You will transform our Online Study Skills Hub and Library website into interactive, inclusive resources using cutting-edge digital learning techniques and pedagogical approaches. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of developing successful digital support initiatives to enhance student outcomes. You will work collaboratively with students, academic staff, and professional departments to create engaging academic skills resources, provide training and support, and ensure effective promotion and use of these resources. Your work will directly contribute to driving positive student outcomes aligned with the University's strategic objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in leading and developing digital learning or digital support initiatives
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including students and academic staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
