About the Role
Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Digital Engagement team as our Digital Marketing Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content that works effectively across various channels. This includes drafting high-performing emails, translating complex technical information about disabilities into intuitive website pages, and collaborating with individuals we support to craft impactful blogs addressing key disability issues. You will champion the needs of the audience by utilizing insights, data, and analytics to inform your content creation. Additionally, you will monitor results closely and test different approaches to develop best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Write and build first-class emails that resonate with our audience using best practices.
- Write, edit, and manage accurate, accessible, and informative content, including blogs and landing pages, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Create engaging text, photo, or video-based social media posts as appropriate.
- Provide cover for the digital team when necessary, taking on their responsibilities and liaising with colleagues on outstanding work.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Sense’s vision and values, and learn how to communicate effectively with individuals with complex disabilities.
- Work with the communications team to maintain the digital asset library system, ensuring material is uploaded and referenced correctly.

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in creating, iterating, and managing audience-focused content.
- Strong writing skills for web and email, with a track record of producing accessible and usable content.
- Experience using analytics and user feedback to improve content.
- Content creation experience across various formats for social media.
- Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written English, capable of producing sharp, accessible, and concise copy for various platforms.
- User focus, with the ability to identify and engage with users and stakeholders to gather evidence and identify needs.
- Stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to tailor communication and build relationships effectively.

About You
You are passionate about creating impactful content and have a strong understanding of audience needs. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in digital marketing or content creation is preferred, but a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills can be equally valuable.
