Working as part of a team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our national digital support program. Your responsibilities will include managing contracted digital support projects, contributing to the digital grants program, and providing digital skills training and access to digital devices and connectivity. Collaborating with colleagues across Clarion Futures and the Group, you’ll help ensure that digitally excluded individuals and communities have the opportunity to improve their lives through digital inclusion. To succeed in this role, your experience in a customer service environment, particularly with individuals facing multiple barriers to employment and online access, will be invaluable. Effective communication skills will be key as you engage with a diverse range of people. This is a hybrid role, however most of the time you’ll either be working from home or travelling throughout regions with occasional office days as required.
