Performing functionality checks and ensuring the content is accessible. Reviewing content on different platforms, such as King’s Moodle (KEATS), other virtual learning environments (e.g. FutureLearn), SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Identifying and reporting issues on KEATS using quality assurance (QA) tracking tools and ensuring their resolution. Being up to date with workflows and processes and able to support the team in identifying and resolving issues. Working well with project management software (e.g. ClickUp). Updating quality assurance process documentation. The above list of responsibilities may not be exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
