About the Role

As an EDI Advisor, you will be a driving force behind meaningful change, working closely with the Head of People Experience to bring our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy to life. Together, we’ll build a more inclusive, diverse organisation where every voice is heard and valued.
Experience
Previous experience in an EDI capacity, embedding EDI as a subject matter expert.
About you
We are excited to welcome someone full of ideas, creativity, and a collaborative spirit—able to bring campaigns to life and make a real impact when raising awareness. You will have a drive to amplify the voices of underrepresented and hidden communities by championing diversity. Project management or event management experience would be valuable. You should have the ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership, while also collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders. Self-motivated and comfortable working from home with remote-based colleagues.
Qualifications
HR experience and an understanding of the full employee lifecycle is desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of drive, ownership, and demonstrated ability to use initiative. Ability to thrive in a not-for-profit environment.
