About the Role

The team has grown significantly, offering a strong sense of belonging, support, development, and many opportunities for career progression.

EHCP Case Coordinators play a vital administration and coordination role within the service. Supporting SEND Case Officers and the Assessment & Placement Service Management Team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of various administrative processes. These include effective communication with families and educational settings, accurate recording of information on the Council's case management system (Liquid Logic), and preparing files and bundles to support panels and other decision-making channels.

Joining Havering's SEND and Alternative Provision Service offers the chance to be part of a friendly, supportive team of over twenty people within a 100-strong service, an excellent induction package, strong line management, protected Continuing Professional Development time including Havering's '10 Days of Learning', and a balanced approach to home/flexible working combined with team collaboration. The role also provides excellent career progression opportunities, easily accessible workspaces, excellent transport links including the Elizabeth Line, and high-quality IT equipment with responsive support.
