Ref: 2373H Salary: £32,957 - £36,573 37 hours a week - Hybrid working About the role Due to an internal secondment, we are recruiting for a fixed term opportunity to the role of Housing Engagement and Inclusion Officer. The successful candidate will: help increase opportunities and quality of tenant engagement collaborate with colleagues to ensure tenants are communicated with and consulted effectively, including identifying opportunities to engage with people who are under-represented create high-quality content for the website help produce newsletters for tenants. The Housing Engagement and Inclusion Officer will also help project manage the regulatory compliant tenant satisfaction survey. About you Passionate about improving services by listening to customers Great verbal and written communications skills with a high degree of accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills - able to maintain and develop partnerships with residents, colleagues and stakeholders Excellent IT skills, using Microsoft office products.
