About the Role
As the Estates Services Team Leader, you will play a vital role in the Estate Services team, collaborating closely with other Team Leaders and the Estate Services Manager to deliver a high-quality Caretaking service that significantly impacts our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day Caretaking and Cleaning service, overseeing a team of Caretakers, completing monthly Estate Inspections and Safety Observations, and supervising Grounds Maintenance and Window Cleaning works carried out by contractors.

Experience
Experience managing a team of people and familiarity with Health & Safety within a Caretaking setting.

About you
We are looking for a proactive individual with good IT and literacy skills, the ability to work independently, and a valid driving license with access to a car.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
