About the Role
The Office of the Sheriffs of the City of London and the Recorder of the City of London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) with a confident, proactive, and polished approach. The EA will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Principals’ schedules, providing high-level administrative support and advice. The Sheriffs are elected annually and engage with a variety of stakeholders while supporting the Lord Mayor's programme. The Recorder of London is the most senior Judge in the Central Criminal Court and a High Officer of the City of London Corporation.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant; experience of working in a ‘Private Office’ type environment.

About you
Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills; discreet with the ability to handle confidential information; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach; ability to prioritize and work in a constantly changing environment; an interest in City of London Corporation, Civic Engagements, and Law.

No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience is essential.
