The purpose of this post is to provide strategic leadership for Estates, Health & Safety, IT and Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Marketing, Business Continuity, Capital Projects, Procurement, and key contracts, ensuring alignment with the College’s mission and values. You will hold strategic responsibility for the Skills and Logistics Centre, driving its development and integration within the College’s overall strategy.
Key responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements across all managed areas, supporting the curriculum through high-quality management information for IT Services, Estates, and Health & Safety, and championing a culture of customer-focused service across all functions managed.
West Thames College is committed to safeguarding students, practicing safe staff recruitment, and ensuring the suitability of staff and volunteers working with young students or vulnerable adults.
Experience
Proven experience in strategic leadership and management across multiple operational areas such as Estates, IT, Health & Safety, and Procurement. Experience in driving large-scale projects and managing compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications
