Location: Various high-end sites in London (West, Central & North London) Salary: £25,500 - £28,500 DOE Job Type: Full-time Benefits: ✅ Discretionary bonus scheme ✅ Company pension About the Role We are seeking two experienced gardeners to maintain and enhance a range of high-end gardens across London. You will have the option to work: 5 days per week at sites in West London, or 2-3 days at a static site in Central London with the remaining days spent on a mobile round covering various locations. You will be responsible for maintaining gardens to an exceptionally high standard, working with hedging, topiary, lawns, shrubs, and perennials, while ensuring seasonal gardening tasks are carried out efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance gardens across high-end properties Organise and prioritise seasonal gardening tasks Communicate with clients and managers to ensure high-quality service Work across both static and mobile sites

Requirements ✔ Horticultural qualification OR minimum one year of professional in-work training ✔ Strong knowledge of hedging, topiary, lawns, shrubs, and perennials ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Full, clean driving licence ✔ PA1/PA6 spray licence
