The role: The Estates and Facilities team are responsible for the maintenance and security of our sites, with a strong focus on engineering solutions and innovation across all sites. The department is currently in a new period of change and growth, making this a very exciting time to join! We are currently looking to hire a Facilities Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract, starting from May 2024. Reporting to the Estates Business Services Manager, the role of the Facilities Coordinator is to provide an effective service across these key areas: Ensuring information and procedures are clear to the users of the buildings Supporting the commercial and day to day management for contractors who report directly to ROH Co-ordinating the Facilities budget and payments Supporting environment and energy management What you`ll bring: The successful candidate will be a strong team player with the following skills and experience: Sufficient experience of providing a facilities or maintenance service in a busy organization. Some experience of working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of service standards. Understanding of compliance requirements and working with service level agreements. Ability to prioritise workload, to work under pressure with a high level of organisational proficiency and initiative. Excellent customer care with the ability to deal tactfully, calmly, and effectively with a wide range of people internally and externally. Strong office and IT skills, including Auto cad, numeracy, accuracy and ability to follow procedures. We value the diversity new hires can bring to our workforce.
