Facilities Manager Salary: £33,600 per annum Deadline: 10.00am on Tuesday 25th June 2024 The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the Finance & Resources Team. The Facilities Manager role is integral to the day-to-day upkeep of the Lyric building and facilities, overseeing the work of the Maintenance Assistant, cleaning contractors, Security Supervisor and Duty Security. The Facilities Manager has responsibility for maintaining a safe and well-kept building, achieving the highest standards and presentation for all of our staff, partners and visitors, planning regular maintenance and overseeing planned preventative maintenance including arranging and overseeing contractors.
