About the Role
Home Instead is an 'Outstanding' rated care provider seeking kind and compassionate Female Care Assistants / Carers to join our valued team in East London. We provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes by building trusting and long-lasting relationships. You will assist clients with a wide range of duties including mobility support, personal care, meal preparation, medication support, housekeeping duties and dementia care. We match our Care Assistants to clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust, enabling personalised support. This role offers rewarding and satisfying work with a high degree of flexibility to meet clients' needs.

Experience
Some experience of delivering care in a professional or personal setting is useful but not compulsory as comprehensive training and support are provided.

Reliable, trustworthy and respectful individuals who are kind and compassionate. You must be over 18 years of age and willing to provide the highest quality of care to clients.

Qualifications
Enhanced DBS checks will be carried out. No formal qualifications are required as full training will be provided.
