Field Service Manager
Location
Enfield, with the possibility of being based at various sites in the London or Thames Valley area.
Hours
Full Time - 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 15:36, plus potential standby rota.
Salary
Up to £55,000 per annum, subject to experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to join our Clean Water division at Thames Water. You will develop and coordinate an operational service team comprising network service technicians, coordinators, planners, and team managers working on the Thames Water network, trunk mains, and assets. Your team will provide rapid response services, high-consequence valve inspections, and servicing, while also supporting the Network Asset Maintenance team for asset upgrades and replacements. You will own the end-to-end process of network infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and re-sites, ensuring successful delivery of network services.
Experience
Management experience with strong skills in operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, health & safety legislation, stakeholder engagement, and customer focus.
About you
Degree level or equivalent, preferably in Engineering/Civils & Mechanical. Excellent people and performance management skills, strong health and safety and customer-based ethic, first-rate financial management skills, and excellent organisational and risk management skills.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to identify and achieve financial efficiencies.
