Job Vacancy | Groundwork South Finance Manager Centre Services Location: Colne Valley Park Centre, Denham Court Drive, Denham, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB9 5PG. Contract: Permanent Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum (pro rata if part time) Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Our approach to running Groundwork South is to ensure our Finance team not only manages the financial accounts but actively engages with our fundraising and bidding teams to ensure our proposals are realistic, competitive and provide value for money. As well as supporting our operational teams in the effective management of their budgets to ensure targets are met and our funders requirements are adhered too. You will report directly to and work closely with Groundwork London’s Director of Finance. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Trust’s accounts including: - • Managing day to day financial records • Reconciling financial ledgers • Calculating accruals and prepayments • Posting and maintaining journal entries • Reconciliation of bank accounts • Production of management accounts • Supporting the team prepare and monitor project budgets. • Ensuring financial returns for funders are accurate and timely.
