Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor London (Corporate) | Fitness and Wellbeing | Permanent contract | Full time £24,856 per annum. 40 hours per week This role has the ability to increase earning potential upon hitting individual and business KPI's, as well as delivery of group exercise sessions. You're highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will: Work in a modern fitness facility with some of the latest industry equipment Work with our large membership base of enthusiastic and fitness motivated members. Create a personalised development plans to ensure you to grow in your journey here with us Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Cycle to Les Mills Promote and carry out our unique Mini Health MOT, a health assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice Deputise for the Fitness Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience Helping you feel good.
