About the Role We are looking for a Fixed Term Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team for the 2025 season in Kingston upon Thames. This hands-on outdoor role is perfect for someone reliable, enthusiastic, and happy working in all weathers to help keep parks and green spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for the community. Key Responsibilities Grass cutting using ride-on and pedestrian mowers. Shrub bed maintenance, including weeding and hedge pruning. Seasonal planting and general horticultural work. Litter clearance to maintain a clean and safe environment. Operating powered equipment and hand tools. Salary: £13.85 per hour Contract: Fixed-Term Hours: Full-Time

Motivated and well-presented individuals with a "can-do" attitude. Experience in grounds maintenance or parks is desirable (training provided). Good customer service skills and a strong work ethic. A full UK driving licence is essential.
