About the Role
Williams Lea is seeking a Floor Support Assistant (Reprographics) to join our team. As a key member of the service delivery team, you will perform floor support operations requested by the customer without direct supervision, delivering a first-class reprographics service. You will be responsible for producing high quality documents to client specifications using high speed reprographic and finishing equipment, monitoring and replenishing consumables, calibrating machines, and scanning hard copy mail/files into PDF format. The role requires ensuring work is completed timely and to the highest quality, supporting colleagues as part of a team, and undertaking additional duties as requested by management. Attention to detail and meeting targets are paramount.
You will develop positive and professional relationships with customers and clients, creating and maintaining the highest levels of confidence by providing a flexible and responsive service that exceeds expectations. You will take ownership of problems, ensuring customer feedback and complaints are dealt with efficiently, and advise on best methods of production and cost saving. You will also ensure deadlines are met in accordance with service level agreements and minimize wastage, escalating any issues affecting production quality to the Team Leader.
Experience
Previous experience within a reprographics environment is required. Competence with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook emails, and Teams is essential. Knowledge of routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment is preferable.
