We are looking for a Site Agent to be working in and around North West London. Main purpose of the role: To organise site functions in accordance with the agreed program of works, client’s specification and the site health and safety plan. Organise and facilitate liaisons with the residents to ensure satisfaction with the service. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with clients specifications and in adherence with company safety documentation Attend meetings with residents to discuss project delivery, carry out satisfaction surveys and provide a report for management Assist in negotiating claims for loss or damage to residents’ effects Deal with complaints against the company on all matters such as delays, poor workmanship and peoples behaviours Develop, build and strengthen resident, subcontractor and client relationships Due to the variety of sites, driving is a fundamental part of the role, therefore applicants must have a full manual driving license. Essential skills/knowledge: Experience or background in FRA (Fire doors and fire stopping) Excellent communication skills Ability to establish good working relationships with clients, the public and subcontractors Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload CSCS Card Driving license Asbestos Awareness Doors Decorating Firestopping Desirable skills: Experience with pre-decoration repairs Basic IT knowledge First Aid – training can be provided IPAF PASMA Package: Salary - £40,000 to £47,000, based on experience Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch) 21 days holidays + bank holidays Company van (tracked) and fuel card for business use Phone for business use Company branded Uniform relevant PPE, phone and ipad Additional information: DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense Eligible to work in the UK Six Month Probationary Period All applications are assessed in line with the Equal Opportunities Regulations and Data Protection Regulations.
