Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week, shifts between 6am - 10pm on weekdays and 10am - 6pm on weekends. Full flexibility to work any shift pattern (Early, Middle, Late, Weekends) is preferable.
Salary
£26,665.60 per annum
About the Role
Making a great first impression is really important. As a Front of House Team Member at our Covent Garden gym, you will be the friendly face greeting members and visitors, providing excellent customer care with confidence and empathy. You will bring strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone, be flexible, motivated, and show plenty of initiative. Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, are essential.
Key responsibilities include providing exceptional and efficient customer service, supporting the smooth running of reception and café areas, creating a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment, and answering queries in a caring and helpful way to ensure everyone feels valued. You will also support the café team by preparing and serving fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drinks.
Additionally, you should be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training to cover Lifeguard breaks. You will be responsible for opening and/or closing Reception during operational hours.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or reception roles is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
