We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning professional to join our team on a six month fixed term contract as the Funding and Quality Lead. Overseeing the funding and quality team you would be responsible for the day to day delivery of our contracts whilst also maintaining awareness of the apprenticeship and adult education sector and any changes that could impact our delivery. You would play a key role in our funding compliance, the quality of the day to day delivery and the effective running of the team. We are looking for someone with a background in this sector who has good knowledge of the industry with a desire to drive consistency in quality and compliance. We are looking for a great communicator who has the ability to manage a busy workload, in return you would be part of a friendly and talented team at a pivotal time in the transformation of the Capita Learning proposition. This is a six month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension What you'll be doing: • Drive cohesion and collaboration across our Funded learning and Fire Service College (FSC) teams. • Oversee the compliance and delivery teams and act as point of contact for complex queries • Manage the Planning and Scheduling Team to achieve efficient and timely scheduling of FSC courses and the associated resources to enable the delivery of a high-quality training experience. • Ensure that systems used in this area are utilised effectively across the whole team to drive efficiencies. • Review current Quality assurance processes to ensure they are rigorous and support Audit requirements. • Maintain awareness of the compliance criteria and implement processes to ensure that this is adhered to by all • Drive efficiencies across the team What we're looking for: • A proven track record in the funded learning/adult education sector • Good knowledge of compliance in the funded learning sector • The ability to manage a complex workload • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ideally some team management experience About Capita Learning Capita Learning is a leader in Learning and Development Transformation.
