Thames Reach runs projects and services that help to end homelessness in London. We work directly with homeless people on the streets and in hostels. We work to prevent vulnerable people from becoming homeless. We help formerly homeless people get their lives back on track. We help people find work and access training and volunteering opportunities.

About this role…
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to join our team.
You will have experience of managing or supporting corporate partnerships. You may have experience of individual giving but this is not essential – we can support you to develop in this area. You may be looking to develop skills in new fundraising streams and you will have a real interest in ending the injustice of homelessness.
You will:
- Manage existing corporate partnerships, including providing excellent stewardship and support for fundraising and corporate volunteering activities
- Manage our CRM database (Charity CRM), so that we can optimise use of our data for better stewardship of supporters
- Develop our exciting plans for new corporate partnerships including making approaches and pitching to potential new partners
- Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns and appeals to inspire more individuals to support our work, including supporting the fundraising and communications team with direct marketing, social media and email campaigns
- Produce inspiring communications for our supporters, including e-newsletters
- Ensure excellent supporter care, including supporting occasional challenge and fundraising events as necessary
To succeed as the Fundraising Manager, you will have experience of :
- Developing and stewarding successful corporate partnerships
- Delivering or supporting the delivery of fundraising appeals and campaigns
- Producing fundraising communications for a variety of audiences
- Managing and using a CRM database for fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of fundraising regulation and legislation, particularly how it applies to corporate partnerships
