A good future leader is motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, committed and forward thinking. Good communication skills, a passion for team working and a sense of humour are also a big help. What’s the commitment? The group meets every six weeks; if successful you’ll have a two-year rotation with the group. You will however need to commit to doing some work outside of normal working hours..
