Role Overview: We are seeking skilled and motivated Gas/Heat Pump Engineers to join dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission heat pump systems in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and repair faults in heat pump systems. Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of installed systems. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in plumbing/heating or renewables. Experience with heat pump systems (preferred but not essential for recent graduates). Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Full UK driving license. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Competitive starting salary or freelance rate of £220-£350/day. Company van and fuel card provided. Statutory sick pay and other standard perks. Tools provided (or higher freelance rates if you bring your own).
