£41,017 basic salary plus uncapped earning potential through performance bonuses and on-call payments

About the Role
As a qualified Gas Engineer, you will undertake servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems. You will complete all works in accordance with specifications and gas safe regulations, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at all times. Responsibilities include completing relevant paperwork, participating in out-of-hours work including overtime and call outs, and working flexibly with a diverse range of customers. You will follow operational procedures, safe working practices, and health & safety guidelines, reporting any accidents, near misses, or hazards. Additional maintenance tasks within your remit will also be required.

Experience
Proven experience in servicing and repairing domestic heating systems with excellent customer service skills and experience working with the public.

About You
Flexible and positive attitude towards varied work and schedules. Ability to manage your time and workload independently. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards. Solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations. Ability to undertake out-of-hours work including overtime and call outs. Full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
Essential ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT. Recognised formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent are desirable. G3 unvented cylinder qualifications and Air Source Training are beneficial but not essential.
