GENERAL MANAGER – Croydon Sodexo delivers a wide range of Catering and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the whole force. Our facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for. We are now seeking an organised and conscientious General Manager to oversee the operational running of all functions at our large public sector client’s site in Croydon. With proven experience ideally in soft facilities management, catering, hotel or hospitality management you will be keen, enthusiastic, highly organised and put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do. Leading from the front, you will have direct management responsibility over all the onsite catering, front of house, deli bar and cleaning staff as well as outsourced suppliers. You will have accountability for the following; Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen compliance) KPIs Food safety Cash Control Stock Control Audits Though this role will be Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work occasional weekends as and when necessary.
