What you'll bring to the team: Merlin’s Magic Wand is Merlin Entertainments’ charity partner, dedicated to bringing magic to children who need it most. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Global Marketing Coordinator to join our team in London or Poole on a permanent basis and elevate our mission through dynamic digital content and strategic social media engagement. You will manage and optimise social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, to enhance engagement and increase followers. You will develop and execute a content strategy across digital channels such as websites, newsletters, and CRM, capturing, editing, and packaging video and photography content with a mobile-first approach. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will plan and deliver compelling storytelling opportunities that highlight the importance of charity giving, volunteering, fundraising, and awareness. In addition, you will create and analyse promotional adverts for global fundraising campaigns, engage with Charity Champions to promote volunteer opportunities, and compile Good News Stories. You will support global press releases and PR efforts in partnership with Merlin’s corporate communications teams. Your role will also involve monitoring, analysing, and optimising digital campaigns and content performance, providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Why Join Us? Proficiency in content editing apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, and digital content management systems. Ability to collaborate with senior management and operate independently with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of American English is a plus.
