Key Responsibilities: Enhance Communication and Engagement: Spearhead communication strategies, ensuring seamless information flow within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and with key external stakeholders. Cultivate a culture of recognition, celebrating organisational successes and fostering positivity. Drive Meeting Governance and Documentation Excellence: Oversee and refine governance structures for high-level meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain meticulous records, forward plans, agendas, and minutes, ensuring thorough follow-up and documentation. Champion Corporate Governance and Compliance: Conduct in-depth reviews and recommend enhancements to corporate governance practices. Lead initiatives to achieve ISO 9001 certification, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and quality management. Comprehensive Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present detailed reports on HR, Health & Safety, Finance, and governance, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting the SLT with timely and accurate information. Foster Talent and Development: Mentor and manage the Sustainability Programme Lead and Communications Manager, supporting their professional growth and alignment with organisational goals. Qualifications and Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in law, business administration, governance, or a related field. Extensive experience in governance and compliance.
