The role – Governance Support Officer (1 year fixed term contract) We believe governance isn’t just about rules and procedures. It’s about building great relationships and working with others to navigate governance requirements whilst seeking to ensure we all achieve our commons goals. As Governance Support Officer you will have the opportunity to develop your governance skills in a really varied role, supporting the delivery of our regulatory and statutory compliance What you’ll do You will: be the lead for the Customer Services Committee, producing timely and accurate minutes perform a range of company secretarial tasks lead on the execution of resident subject access requests, including collection of relevant documents, file management, and document redaction assist with gathering and providing contract data, including reports, market intelligence, and analysis of spend assist with the preparation of all documentation in relation to tendering Skills and experience we'd like you to have We’re looking for someone who has: A degree or equivalent experience Experience in quality minute-taking Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational/time-management skills Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to interact effectively at all levels The ability to help design and monitor compliance systems Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and the capability to learn new systems Our Values Our core values are at the heart of how we work Take the lead Create energy Build trust Be generous Stay grounded Remember the little things We're committed to the wellbeing of our people and in creating an environment that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
