About this role As a Graphic Designer at AlphaSights, you'll be part of a highly talented team that combines strategic and creative thinking to build and manage tailored and engaging brand experiences that strengthen our reputation and drive commercial impact. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, you will work on projects that target our most valued stakeholders: our employees, candidates, experts, and clients. You'll be responsible for designing and creating a wide variety of digital and print assets and supporting the wider team on more strategic and tactical projects. You'll be responsible for: Acting as an AlphaSights brand guardian; leveraging, defining, and evolving our brand and design systems to achieve an effective, consistent, and cohesive brand experience across multiple surfaces and touchpoints Contributing to the shared library of brand resources including guidelines, photography, icons, etc. Contributing to brainstorming sessions and weekly design feedback sessions Creating engaging one-pagers, brochures, & other collateral Creating impactful graphics and general content for social media posts Designing striking on-brand Google Slides presentations Ideating and designing occasional infographics to showcase data reports & presentations Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field Design portfolio (print and web) showcasing a strong eye for design and conceptual thinking skills 1-2 years of work experience; previous experience working in a corporate or professional services environment industrial placement or post graduate required. Advanced knowledge of design and software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Slides Highly skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable Comfortable working in the realm of branding, corporate identity systems, and identity application Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Highly organized with an acute attention to detail Compensation and benefits £38k annual salary 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings Comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance 25 vacation days, 8 bank holidays, and business closure over the Christmas break.
