We are seeking a Contract Supervisor to assist in the day-to-day operations across West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing programmed maintenance, motivating teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 🟢 Leading grounds maintenance tasks including grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking. 🟢 Operating a variety of hand tools and powered horticultural machinery. 🟢 Identifying and reporting site hazards to management. 🟢 Using smartphone technology to manage tasks and updates. 🟢 Driving to various sites (company vehicle provided). Pay: £14.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road

Who We’re Looking For: 🔵 Experience in grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential. 🔵 PA1 & PA6 spraying license is a plus. 🔵 Comfortable working outdoors and in a flexible, agile environment. 🔵 Basic smartphone literacy for reporting and communications. 🔵 Full UK driving licence required.
