Key Responsibilities: - Carry out ground maintenance tasks using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery. - Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. - Maintain and care for machinery and equipment. - Lead and support your team, ensuring clear communication and expectations. - Adapt to the unique requirements of different sites and clients. - Plan ahead by reviewing work schedules and site-specific needs. - Identify and suggest improvements or additional services for sites. - Follow Health & Safety procedures, adhering to company Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). - Uphold company standards and values in all tasks.

- 1-2 years previous Grounds Maintenance experience. - Must have a full driving licence (3 points max) - PA1/PA8 - Advantageous but not essentials
