Location
Home based with regional travel expected to services within the area and some national travel on an ad-hoc basis.
Hours
Full Time - 35 hours per week
Salary
£65,000 - £70,000 per annum dependent on experience
About the Role
The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, challenge perceptions, and build a society that works for autistic people. We support individuals to understand their diagnosis and its impact on their lives and those around them. Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. We are seeking an experienced manager for the role of Head of Adult Services - Scotland & Northern Ireland. This key senior leadership position holds full strategic and operational accountability through service managers for services across Scotland and Northern Ireland. The postholder will support autistic people and those with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in line with our charity’s mission and values. You will lead the local implementation of national strategy, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of dignity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within social care or a related field.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in social care or management are desirable.
