Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
The Head of Implementation & Adoption at Kaluza is responsible for customer success programmes in the UK and EU region. The person in this role will have direct oversight of Kaluza's SaaS implementation programmes for new customers, and ensuring customer success in the long run through programmes of enhanced product adoption.
The successful candidate will support and be supported by the Kaluza executive team and will carry significant influence with customer senior management, therefore applicants must have experience of influencing at C-Level in large organisations.
The successful candidate will also lead a growing team based in the UK, so will have a passion for people development.
You'll be working on the Kaluza's Energy Retail platform. This is a SaaS technology platform that aims to revolutionise the operating platforms for energy retailers globally. This platform has been built with scale and technical quality in mind and is the foundation for decarbonisation efforts by Kaluza's customers.
You'll be working on Kaluza's Flexibility platform. Designed to be the nervous system connecting energy retailers, grid operators, and consumers, Flex will aid us in creating the distributed, consumer-centric, dynamic energy system of the future. Bridging the gap between distributed renewable generation and smart devices, it helps consumers shift their energy consumption to times when there's more renewable energy. This not only saves them money, but enables society as a whole to meet the challenge of decarbonising transport and residential heating/cooling. We're also supporting this vital shift by building the innovative technology behind unique, market-leading customer propositions like Vehicle to Grid and Drive Anytime Energy Plan with our energy retailer partners.
What will I be doing?
Customer Success Programme Management:
Customer programmes accountability: that means delivery of successful implementation and improvement programmes via the Customer Success team.
Represent the portfolio of programmes at all levels of the organisation, with particular focus on guiding the executive leadership team (CEO and staff).
Business development and growth: contributing to sales efforts to win new business with a focus on developing implementation plans and strategies that support Kaluza's ambitious growth plans.
Departmental Leadership:
Develop and grow a cross-functional team that is equipped to lead customer success programmes with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organisation.
Play an active role in the wider leadership community including leading and participating in projects and activities outside your function
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the senior point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive process improvements and best practices within the customer success department.
Analyse portfolio performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Ideally you'll have/be
Been a leader in change delivery within large organisations, ideally with major technology change at the heart of the transformations.
Experience of working in a senior management role in the energy sector.
The gravitas and charisma to influence senior leadership groups both within Kaluza and its customers' organisations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, with demonstrable experience of working with the senior-most members of an organisation.
Advanced knowledge and, more importantly, experience applying modern project and programme management methodologies and best practices.
