Our ideal person will have great experience of leading Account Management teams, while being able to deliver partnership growth. You will be leading a high performing Corporate Partnerships account management team within the British Red Cross, the post holder will be responsible for maximising the opportunities from the UK private sector to build and deliver high value, mutually beneficial partnerships for the British Red Cross and wider Red Cross movement. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships Business Development, the post holder will influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued income growth from corporate partners. A day in the life of a Head of Corporate Partnerships (Interim) will involve: Working with our diverse range of partnerships: from Aviva to the English Football League. Supporting your team to develop clear growth plans for our partners - helping us to make the most of each partner. Working with the Director of Partnerships to deliver our new Partnerships strategy. Working with colleagues from across the BRC to make our partnerships run smoothly, and ensure everyone's objectives are met. Stepping into action in an emergency: ensuring our corporate partners can support our appeals at speed. To be a successful Head of Corporate Partnerships (Interim), you'll need: Great corporate fundraising experience: you'll be used to working on big partnerships. A good understanding of how to grow corporate accounts - bringing a new business sensibility into account management Worked in a large, complex organisation, able to manage multiple internal stakeholders Experience of managing a high performing team Experience of budget management, and all the 'behind the scenes' bits of high value fundraising.
