About the Role
We are seeking a leader with outstanding people and sales skills who can inspire and motivate the team, build strong relationships with clients and confidently negotiate and contract. The Head of Sales is central to sustaining and growing Enterprises income, with responsibility for leading the sales team and meeting ambitious income targets. This role combines team leadership with directly selling to clients, working closely across colleagues in both Enterprises and the Charity to maximise opportunities and drive commercial success. We can provide a BSL interpreter if required.
Experience
Proven leadership and sales experience, ideally within event sales or a related sector. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and to negotiate and close contracts effectively.

Inspirational leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, confident, and able to work collaboratively across teams to drive commercial success. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to meeting ambitious income targets.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or related fields are desirable but not explicitly required.
