Currently, we can screen for 18 of the most common pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers. Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution! The role We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join our growing team, working closely with our senior leadership team to ensure seamless delivery of Hertility’s service. You will be responsible for the operations across both our B2C & B2B operations, acting as the key link between departments, ensuring the smooth roll-out of new and existing products and services. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Working with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives, aligning with the overall mission and vision. Streamlining and optimising operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience. Identifying operational risks and developing risk mitigation strategies. Implementing appropriate policies and protocols to ensure customer safety, data security, and regulatory compliance. Developing strategies and plans to support the Company's growth and scalability, including anticipating operational needs and challenges associated with expansion, and addressing them proactively. Driving reporting standards, including optimising dashboards. Designing and implementing new operational processes, ensuring maximum efficiency. Working with the Customer Experience Manager in reviewing existing and designing new customer service SLA processes. Working cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of Hertility’s services. Requirements You’ll be a good fit if you have: Experience working with a physical and a digital product. Experience scaling startup, ideally having played a key role in international expansion. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Knowledge and experience of the regulatory landscape, across any industry. An analytical approach and are comfortable manipulating and analysing numbers. A growth mindset; a constant commitment to improvement and learning. The ability to make quick decisions in challenging pressurised situations. Excellent organisational skills and a creative mindset; you are able to find innovative solutions.
