About the Role
The Performance and Quality Team at United Colleges Group is seeking a highly qualified Head of Performance and Quality. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and extensive experience in quality assurance, managing Awarding Organisation relationships, policy and procedure management, and leading a team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards across the Group’s educational provision. United Colleges Group educates over 11,000 learners annually across five campuses and two colleges, offering a wide range of vocational education and training. The Group is committed to delivering a unique, enjoyable, and rewarding learning experience that meets individual learner needs and aspirations.

Experience
Extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) sectors. Proven track record in managing Awarding Organisation relationships and policy/procedure development. Experience leading and managing a team effectively.

About you
Highly organised with excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication abilities. Highly IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProSuite. Familiarity with current developments in FE and HE sectors and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent qualification is required. Evidence of continuous professional development in quality assurance and management is essential.
