Home based with regional travel expected to services within the area and some national travel on an ad-hoc basis.

Salary
£65,000 - £70,000 per annum dependent on experience

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, challenge perceptions and build a society that works for autistic people. We support individuals to understand their diagnosis and its impact on their lives. Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 24/7 in various settings. We are seeking an experienced manager for the role of Head of Services in South East England. This key position within the Adult Services Directorate involves full strategic and operational accountability through service managers for services across the region. The postholder will support autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives, aligning with our charity’s mission and values. You will lead local implementation of national strategy, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of dignity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within social care or related fields.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in social care or management are desirable.
