What You’ll Be Doing: Strategic Leadership & Governance Develop and execute Social Impact Strategy, aligning with UK Social Value legislation Engage with government agencies, local authorities, industry bodies & NGOs to shape future policies Community & Operational Impact Lead corporate volunteering, charitable partnerships, and community engagement programmes Develop partnerships with clients, third-sector organisations & industry bodies to drive real change Financial Accountability Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for social impact projects Identify funding opportunities and apply for grants to expand initiatives Employee & Stakeholder Engagement Foster a culture of purpose-driven work, embedding social impact into employee development Manage and mentor the Social Value Managers, Social Impact Coordinator & Intern Innovation & Continuous Improvement Introduce new methodologies, technologies, and partnerships to enhance social impact delivery Measure success through KPIs, industry recognition, and policy contributions What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in Social Impact, ESG, or Community Engagement ✔ Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work with government bodies & local authorities ✔ Leadership experience – managing and developing a team ✔ Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery skills ✔ Passion for sustainability, diversity, and social value
